Although the room was comfortable, I was disappointed by the noise from the sink in the ensuite bathroom, which made it hard to relax. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to stay connected. I found the entrance quite uninviting, as it involved going through a messy courtyard that didn't reflect the overall charm of the B&B.

Gaining entry involved navigating a messy courtyard, which felt uninviting. The bathroom had a shower setup in the bath, which can be inconvenient. Weak Wi-Fi signal made it challenging to stay connected, and the toilet sink was quite noisy during use.

Super comfy bed , amazing breakfast , and gorgeous views. The room was huge with a lovely sitting area perfect for chillin’ after a day of exploration. The staff were wicked friendly, making your stay feel extra special.

The entrance could use a bit of sprucing up, as it felt a bit unimpressive stepping through the courtyard.

i loved my stay at caledonian house bed & breakfast during our family holiday. the comfortable room with a super kingsized bed and lovely sea views exceeded my expectations. also, breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked, making every morning delightful.

some usb charging ports were missing.

absolutly love this place! carol and anka were super nice, made us feel right at home. the breakfast was amazin, best porridge ever! the room was super comfy and big with great views of the sea. location is perfect, close to the beach and a lovely pub.

I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking sea views from my room that truly added to the experience. The breakfast was made to order with a variety of options, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The village's charming amenities like the local pub and picturesque scenery made for lovely evenings. Just a heads up, I wish there was more happening in the village at night.

It was just a great match for a date night in Portmahomack with fantastic value. We enjoyed cozy evenings watching the sunset over the bay, which was a lovely touch. Bring a book and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. it’s perfect for relaxation.
